Equipment v1

The equipment endpoint retrieves all equipment currently present at the requested location. All equipment endpoint requests include the location_id in the path.

Definition

Equipment is a piece of equipment, most likely a Jungheinrich truck, which currently assigned to a location that belongs to you. It has a serial number, segment, construction year, and other fields that provide detailed information about the specific equipment.

What happens when equipment is removed from my location?

The equipment endpoint gives you information about equipment that is currently present at your location. You need to persist the equipment data on your end, if you want to keep the details about the equipment when it moves away. For instance, this can become relevant for you if you are using Jungheinrich rental services. Here, it is likely that equipment moves away from your side more frequently. When you would then like to run analyses on equipment that moved away you can only do so by persisting the equipment information.
